Main Research Interests

My task within the HortSys unit, as an entomologist specialized in chemical ecology of plant-insect interaction, is to search out innovative and sustainable pest management strategies for vegetables. These new production systems will be developed using the semiochemicals involved in plant-insect interactions. The aim is to understand and to promote the biological regulations according to the agro-ecology concepts to reduce pesticide use and to increase vegetable quality.
