Research interests
My research interests focus on macro and micro evolution of phytophagous beetles (Curculionidae in particular). For that purpose I am using a range of molecular tool (Mitochondrial genome, microsatellites) together with a traditionnal systematic approach.
My current project deals with the exploration of the diversity and the role of insects associated with field crops in West Africa. The global aim is to improve agricultural practices based on agroecology.
